Karl E Sterner

Karl Sterner made his transition on May 15, 2024, at his home in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen Sterner, Uncle Bill and Aunt Peg Forte, and their children Edward, Mary, Bill, and Julie Forte. Also his Nephews Kristopher Barrett and Kyle Mazzur. Also his brother-in-laws David, Marty, Joel, and their wives, children, and great-grandchildren.

Predeceased by his Father Oscar Sterner, his mother Barbara Davis, his sister Karin Mazzur and his grandparents the Andersons and the Sterners.

Karl Sterner was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1953. Karl then moved to New Jersey where he opened up a Chevron gas station where his love of vehicles was excelled. From there he moved to Florida where he met and married his wife, Kathleen, and had 41 years of "wedding bliss' together.

Together they opened up and operated a privately owned Corvette Repair Shop in Port St. Lucie, Florida. They spent many happy years together repairing Corvettes, participating in and sometimes winning awards for their personal vehicles. In doing so they joined the Stuart Corvette Club where they met many lifelong friends.

Karl will always be remembered for his love of vehicles, his true devotion to his wife, Kathleen, his dedication to satisfying his customers, and his famous ability to make people laugh. He will be truly missed!
