Frank S. Doyle

Francis (Frank) Doyle passed away peacefully on June 13, 2024 following a short illness. Frank was born in Dublin, Ireland on August 11, 1935, to James and Anne Doyle (nee Kelly). He immigrated to the United States at age 19, settling in New York City. It was at work in New York City that he met his wife of 62 years, Caroline.

Frank is mourned by his spouse Caroline, son Stephen of Scottsdale Arizona, daughter-in-law, Silvia, (widow of son Kenneth Doyle, who passed away in 2018), grandchildren, Kailegih, Carsten, and Kelsey, all of Charlotte, Vermont. He is survived by his sister, Una, and brothers, Paschal and Seamus. Pre-deceased by his parents James and Anne of Dublin, Ireland, brothers Desmond (Desie) and Noel, and sisters Carmel and Bernadette (Bernie) all of Ireland.

Following a stint in the US Army, he had a successful career with leadership positions at Singer Corporation, KLH, Harmon Kardon, American Thread, and Superior Electric. His career took him around the country, spending time in New York, Missouri, Massachusetts, and an extended period in Connecticut. Following a short retirement, he founded LifeWorx a consulting group that helped corporations enhance colleague interactions using concepts of the Enneagram.

Frank and Caroline moved to Florida and made Hobe Sound their home for almost 30 years. During his time in Florida, he had the opportunity to engage in one of his favorite activities, golf, and was an inaugural member of Lost Lake Golf Club. His other passion was giving back to the community. He was an active member of the House of Hope, serving in various positions including their Executive Board. A Connecticut-based prayer group played a central part in his spiritual life, where he made many life-long friends. He will be remembered for his compassion, laughter, singing, and the occasional tune on the piano.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank’s honor to House of Hope, Stuart Florida.

A visitation will be held on July 15th from 1-3 at Martin Funeral Home, 961 S Kanner Hwy, Stuart, Florida 34984. 

Funeral Services will be on July 16th at St. Christopher's Church, 12001 SE Federal Hwy, Hobe Sound, Florida 33455
