Angelina "Dolly" Eisenbraun

Eisenbraun / Hennessy, Angelina, born Angelina Lobasso, known to all as Dolly, on June 21, 1940, died on January 23, 2025. Beloved mother to 8 children, Deborah, Kathleen, Theresa, Veronica, Angelina, Arthur, Karen, and Steven. She had 16 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Anthony and two sisters Tina, and Stephanie. She was preceded in death by her two husbands Arthur and Thomas and her grandson Richard. 

Dolly was born and raised in the Bronx to an Italian family where she learned the meaning of family. She was raised by her father, Stephen, and her grandmother Angelina. She married her childhood sweetheart at the age of 17 (Arthur Hennessy) and proceeded to have 8 children together. In 1964 they moved to Long Island and eventually settled in Center Moriches. In 1977 she tragically lost her husband and was a widow with 8 children at the age of 36. In 1980 she married Thomas Eisenbraun, and they built a life together. Her passion in life was being a mother and a gracious homemaker who loved spending time with her family. She died peacefully in Venice, Florida after spending the day with all 8 of her children at her bedside. She will be missed terribly and thought of every day. Her memory will live in the hearts of all who loved her.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12 noon, at Robertaccio Funeral Home, Inc., 495 Main St, Center Moriches, NY 11934, follow by inurnment of her ashes at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations in loving memory of Dolly can be made to St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
